Siniat Suspended Screw-up Ceiling: Supply and install a 12mm Shadowline Plaster trim Wall angle at the correct height around the perimeter of the ceiling area with 6 x 55mm nail in anchors at 400mm centres. Supply and install Siniat MasterGrid Main T’s with an overall height of 35mm suspended with 0.6mm MasterFrame Galvanized angle , clip the MasterGrid Main T’s into each other to continue from one side of the room to the opposite side, Suspending the Main T’s at every 1,2m Maximum and fix to the Bulb of the MasterGrid Main T’s with 1 x 6mm x 16mm Wafertek Screw. Fix the top of the MasterFrame Galvanized angle to the structure above with Express steel anchors for concrete, 2 x 32mm Grabber screws for timber trusses, and 2 x 6mm x 16mm wafertek screws for steel structure above.
Install the 1st Suspension 400mm from the parameter wall and continue at 1.2m centres to the other side of the room. All MasterGrid Main T’s will be installed at 1,2m centres from each other and each MasterGrid Main T must be suspended ad mentioned above. Install MasterGrid Cross T’s into the main T’s by clipping them into the pre-punched holes.
Install the Master Grid Cross T’s at every 600mm to fix the boards

Install 1 layer of 12.5mm Siniat Createx boards parallel to the MasterGrid Main T’s with 25mm Siniat Drywall screws at every 150mm Maximum centres on each MasterGrid Main T and Cross T’s. Stagger all the joints of the boards. (As per manufactures specification).
Supply and fit Siniat Fibratape and install this over all joints before applying Siniat Mix.
