Watchdog was established in 2005 by Oscar Willemsen and successfully traded as a sole proprietor for 11 years.

In 2016, Wouter Willemsen and Earl Phillips took over the business from Wouter’s brother Oscar and they registered as a private company with the intention of growing the business locally.
