BalconyDrain 2nd Fix 200x200 S/S Grate
BalconyDrains are sold as 1st and 2nd Fix packs as well as complete units. 1st Fix Packs consist of the base of the drain up to and including the waterproofing flange. There are four 1st Fix Packs to choose from depending on the pipesize and layout of drain you require. The 2nd Fix consists of the grate housing device and the choice of grate available. There are three 2nd Fix Packs to choose from depending on the finish you require. Choose any BalconyDrain 1st fix and match it with any BalconyDrain 2nd Fix to get a complete unit.
BalconyDrain can be used in any external application, from balconies and patios to atriums and courtyards. Simple, Stylish yet effective. BalconyDrain has a high flow rate. The product is guaranteed for 5 years from date of purchase against manufacturers defects.

DRAINAGE Location: Balconies, atriums, courtyards, patios, decks. Supply and fit Agrément Approved SEAQUAL BalconyDrain. A full-bore supplied as a 1st fix, 2nd fix or a complete unit. 2nd fix units are supplied with 3 options of grate: 110x110mm or 200x200mm 304 or 316 stainless steel square hole grate or a TileGrate "hidden" drain. This product needs to be specified together with a BalconyDrain 1st Fix in order to make up a complete drainage unit. Install according to manufacturer instructions.
